Welcome new Monument Staff,
Our IT team is excited to begin the process of transitioning your local equipment and services across the 12 new Utah locations. We will have limited access to begin these transitions until the official takeover date of Friday February 7th. This transition process will take time, we appreciate your patience as we move between locations upgrading your internet services, WIFI, computers and other technology equipment. Point Click Care will also be unavailable for extended periods through Monday, February 10th as the imports complete. The Monument clinical team will provide updated status to local facility leadership throughout that process.

Initial call and email volume is expected to be high, so we greatly appreciate your understanding as we work though the transition and request backlog.
